Questions about the app, a purchase, or your information? Email support@parkgoer.app.

Include your app version, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Please leave out passwords, payment details, precise location history, and other sensitive information.

Purchases & Pro

Use Restore in Membership to check purchases Apple can verify. Manage a Year Pass subscription through your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

For refunds, use Apple’s refund process. Purchase and restoration details are in our Terms of Use.

Your journal & privacy

Your visit and ride journal is kept on your device. You can edit entries, export your data, or delete local data in Settings. Location and notification permissions are managed in iOS Settings.

For service-side privacy requests, email us using the address above. Read our Privacy Policy for network features, retention, and deletion details.

Park information

Wait times, schedules, and operating statuses may change or be delayed. Follow official park information and staff directions. Parkgoer is an independent app and cannot help with park tickets or admission.
