Parkgoer

Terms of Use

Effective October 18, 2026 · Developer: Aidan Pink

These terms describe Parkgoer’s data service and Pro passes. Your App Store app license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Your statutory consumer rights remain in place.

1. The app and its information

Parkgoer is an independent app developed by Aidan Pink for viewing park and attraction information, setting wait alerts, and maintaining a visit journal. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the parks shown. Park and attraction names belong to their respective owners.

Waits, hours, operating status, forecasts, and Search answers can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Follow official park information, posted instructions, admission rules, and staff directions. An app status or event display does not grant admission or separate-event access. Alerts depend on data availability, network connectivity, Apple’s delivery systems, and your device settings.

Automatic visits and rides are estimates, not proof of boarding or attendance. You can review, correct, add, or delete journal entries. No automatic wait time is inferred from a detected ride.

2. Free and Pro features

The app describes which features are available now. Items labeled “Planned for Pro” are not currently included functionality and have no guaranteed release date. Make a purchase based on the features available at the time you buy, not a planned feature.

Prices, currency, included access, and availability are shown in the app’s purchase selector and Apple’s confirmation sheet. No purchase is made until you confirm it through Apple.

3. Pro passes and billing

Apple bills your Apple Account and handles payment processing. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund process, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel a Year Pass.

4. Restore and local records

Use Restore in Membership to check purchases associated with the Apple Account used to buy them. Year Pass and Lifetime access can be restored when Apple can verify the purchase. The app does not have a separate account system.

Trip Pass is a non-renewing purchase. Restoration is limited to transactions StoreKit can verify for the current installation; restoration after reinstalling or changing devices is not guaranteed. Restore does not recover local favorites, alerts, or visit history. Export local records before erasing them if you want to retain a copy.

5. Appropriate use and availability

Use the app and data service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass purchase verification, or overload its endpoints. Access may be restricted for misuse or a security risk. Data suppliers, Apple, and other providers may change or interrupt services.

We may update the app and its service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, precise waiting times, successful background detection, or a future feature. The warranties, liability provisions, license restrictions, and applicable-law provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the app, subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

6. Privacy, support, and updates

See our Privacy Policy for information about on-device storage, location, Search, notifications, and purchases. For app support, contact support@parkgoer.app. Apple’s purchase and refund support remains available through the links above.

Changes to these service terms will be reflected in the effective date above. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law or Apple’s purchase terms.
